What is Counselling?

Counselling is a very individual experience.  Counselling can be a place you can go to be yourself or sometimes to discover who you are or where you would like to be in life or to help you get started in achieving your own goals.

You can talk openly and honestly about your feelings without feeling you are being judged.  Counselling is a place where you can feel supported whilst you work through difficult or painful problems you may have found too scary to face all by yourself or feel unable to talk to family and close friends about.

Counselling supports you to make changes in your life that you may not have wanted to do alone, allowing yourself to move forwards with your life.
